I hope you love your planner as much as I do! However, if you change your mind and wish to return it, I do offer a 30-day return policy. The returned item must be unused, and in a sale-able condition, ideally in it’s original packaging. (Please do contact me for tips for rolling you planner back into it’s tube!)

If you do wish to return your planner, please contact me at hello@annarigydesign.co.uk, including your order number and reason for returning, so that I can look out for it in the post.

Please post your planner to the following address via a postal service of your choice to: Works Social, 16 Commerce Square, Nottingham, NG1 1HS

On safe arrival, I will then refund your full amount, including any original postage costs, through your original payment method.

In the unlikely event that your planner arrives damaged however, I will replace the planner for free. Please email me directly at hello@annarigydesign.co.ukwith your order number, along with 3 photos showing the damage to the planner and packaging, and I will ensure a new planner is sent out to you asap. No need to return the damaged planner - please use it for scrap note taking or animal bedding!
